I made this mashed potatoes and I want to record this
recipe that I thought close to perfection.
Mashed potato:
3 large potatoes
½ cup of melted butter
Pepper to taste
Gravy:
½ cup of melted butter
½ cup of all-purpose flour
3 cups of Chicken broth/diluted chicken cube.
Soy sauce to taste
Procedure
1.
Peel the potatoes and cut
into small cubes
2.
In a casserole, boil some
water with salt
3.
Put the cut potatoes and
let boil for approx 15 – 20 min
4.
In another casserole, cool
down the potatoes, then smashed
5.
Pour the melted butter
6.
Add some pepper to taste
For gravy:

Dilute the all-purpose
flour in 3 cups of chicken broth
8.
Put some soy sauce to taste
9.
In low heat, heat the pan and
melt the butter
10. Pour the mixture of
all-purpose flour and chicken broth
11. Keep on stirring to avoid
lumps
12. Boil until the desired
thickness
13. And lastly, just eat right
