For the fried breaded chicken:
1 kilo chicken fillets, slice into cubes
1½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ tsp. fine salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 pc egg, beaten
cooking oil

For the orange chicken sauce:
1½ cups water
⅛ cup vinegar
⅛ cup soy sauce
¼ cup fresh orange juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup spring onions, chopped
⅛ cup corn starch diluted in ⅛ cup water

To fry the chicken:
1.Combine flour, salt and pepper.
2.Cut the chicken breast into cube.  Dip them in beaten eggs.
3.Coat the pieces of chicken in the mixed flour.
4.In a frying pan, heat cooking oil and deep fry the chicken until golden brown.  Set aside.

To Cook the Orange Sauce:
1.In a pan, pour water, soy sauce, vinegar and orange juice and bring to boil.
2.Add minces garlic and simmer for 5 minutes
3.Add brown sugar and simmer until the sugar is dissolved
4.Add the spring onion and dissolved cornstarch mix until thick.
5.Add the fried chicken until evenly coated with sauce.
6.Simmer until the sauce become very thick
7.And lastly, just eat right
