CASSAVA CAKE (no-bake)



2 cups grate cassava
1 cup coconut milk
1 can condense milk
2 raw eggs
½ cup macapuno
Grated cheese

1. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, condensed milk, macapuno and eggs.
2. Pour the mixture in grate cassava.
3. Put the cassava mixture in the molding pan at half.
4. Steam for 45 minutes.           
5. Remove and sprinkle with grated cheese.
6. Keep refrigerated.
7. And lastly, just eat right.
